Honestly, this was one of the worst consultations I've ever attended, needless to say the only consultation I had to pay $100 fee. I expected a persoalized meeting with him, For him to hear me out and address my needs. Instead my consultation was very rushed, he seemed annoyed. I didn't even address all my concerns, truly dissapointing. When I walked out I realized the waiting room was full. Maybe he shouldn't over book consultations to avoid patients feeling rushed and incomplete. After all he does charge 100$ for consult, that's the least he could do. Not only was that's waste of $100 it was also a waste of my time. Truly disapointing I expected more after seeing the way he advertises his self. He should give fair treatment to ALL, He was very pleasenat and cheerful to see his other female patients. He had lots of time to greet them and ask about how they're week was, along with even take pictures with them and took a very long time during consult with them. Unfortunately I didn't get the same treatment.

I have gone to Dr. Simoni for fillers and Botox. My sister had the Simoni Face Lift and couldn't be happier. She is so glad that I referred her to Dr. Simoni as she was afraid of looking unnatural but she looks amazing refreshed with beautiful smooth skin. I myself only need fillers right now but when it's time I won't hesitate to call Dr. Simoni he is the best and so hands on.

I am super happy with Dr. Payman Simoni. He has been impeccably professional. He understood and did his best to give me both a septoplasty together with a revision rhinoplasty. He has always been very helpful answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. Its only been 5 weeks since the surgery and I know its only going to get nicer. I already have people complimenting me. I had an ethnic nose which is considered to be very challenging to a surgeon, so I really appreciated his efforts and experience. A definite 5 star surgeon.

Couldn't be happier that I chose to go with Dr. Simoni for my long-awaited rhinoplasty. Dr. Simoni is as patient as he is capable, and out of all the doctors I visited I felt that he truly took his time to understand the vision I had for a different nose. My only disappointment was when I called and left Jessica a voicemail with concerns of swelling around my eye. I wanted reassurance this was normal and whether I should use cold or warm compress to alleviate it. I never received a call back. Other than that I am immensely pleased with the results!

I learned a lot about facial surgery while there. The one issue I am still not fully sure about is the injection of fat underneath the fatty deposits under my eyes, rather than just removing the fat that's there. I've used eye serums that work pretty well there, making me look like I used to look. I'd like to understand this sort of opposite approach before I get into surgery, which I have already put my deposit on.

I trust this man, and I know I made the right choice in going to him. Actually I think he is a bit of an artist as well as a surgeon! I love my lift - it is very natural looking, and yet he has taken at least 20 years off of my face. There was a bit of a glitch with one eye, where I wasn't certain what to do. I checked out a few plastic surgeons before deciding on Dr. Simoni, None were bad surgeons, but I could see Dr. Simoni had just a higher level of understanding regarding the process, and just a higher degree of professionalism. This counts especially when it is your face, and you can't reverse what was done if you don't like it later. I am sti;; bruised etc. but I can see that in a week or so I am going to really love what he did, and I am happy that I snooze him!

Although the ladies at the front were very nice, I didn't feel a personal experience. Everything felt a bit robotic. During my consultation, the doctor was called out in the middle of it so that he could see another client. I felt as if they thought the other person, in their eyes, was more important and would be easier to have me wait. The doctor seemed focused on the questions he was asking but I'd say a little too serious. I felt as if I was being drilled rather than a consultation. His work might be great but based on my first impression. I didn't feel comfortable or relaxed.

I am currently day 11 post operation. Honestly I am extremely concerned about the state of my nose although I appreciate that it is still very swollen. I feel that it is over sized for my face and is wider and less refined in the front view than pre-op. Side profile is an improvement although it still appears too large for my face and a hump is still visible. I was very much hoping for a "wow" result when the cast was removed but currently have a nose that has no proportion with my face or features. I seriously hope that my concern is due to any swelling but after 11 days I would anticipate that the general geometry and proportion / shape of the nose would be evident. I will write to Dr. Simoni separately and arrange a skype call after perhaps 3 weeks when there is a more clear indication of what my final result is going to look like. At this point I'm afraid that I need to reserve any judgement on score. Service etc was generally very good but at the end of the day it's the final result that counts and right now I'm losing sleep over my current situation.

I'm not satisfied at all of the result. In 6 years of botox with different doctors in Paris it's the first time a doctor cannot remove my wrinkles. The worst is when he tries to explain why he can't, it makes me think he's not efficient. Why he can't do it when everybody else do it? Fortunately it was a groupon. I have many things to do but for sure I won't come back. I'm still looking for a good doctor in LA.

I was 7 minutes late to my appointment, but the girls had me wait over 20 minutes, did not acknowledge me once, did not update me on what was happening, and finally I decided to just leave. Dr Simoni is gentle, kind, and in tune with his patients. If you want natural results he is your best bet. He will work closely with his patients to achieve the exact result you want. He is the only person I trust with my lip augmentation. I was so scared to have my lips done bc it's a job that requires a specific eye and skill level otherwise you can look like so fake. I found Dr. Simoni after much internet research. I am 49 and was starting to see jowls and a double chin! I was excited about the option of not having full anesthesia and having a 1 week recovery, vs 2 week recovery, drainage tubes, FT nurse care for the first few days ... etc. I have to say I am absolutely thrilled with the results!! The recovery was easier than I expected, swelling was minimal, and I definitely don't have jowls or a double chin anymore! No one can tell I had anything done, they just say I look very rested. This is the best 50Yr old birthday present you could give yourself! I look easily 40yrs old again...:) Thank you Dr Simoni and Staff!

Amazing!!!! I've been there twice for tattoo laser removal and have had a great experience on both visits. I've had two laser treatments already and the results are amazing. My tattoo is more faded than others that I've seen who are on their 5th treatment. This laser really cuts back the amount of sessions, which is something that everyone desires! Dr Simoni and the staff are also very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend!!!

Honestly, I am NOT happy. I did not want to rate, but it won't allow me to send without doing so. I will rate the doctor. I asked repeatedly to have the juvederm put into my chin and the "feathering" on my lips. I told him several times I did not want to have fish lips. I have seen this before on people I knew and knew I NEVER would allow it. He went against my wishes anyway. He treated me as if I didn't have a right to what I paid for. I was blown away at what I can't help but perceive as arrogance. You and the other young woman who gave me the forms was professional and pleasant. I am out the money for something that I did not want. Really not happy.

I had several dermal fillers, including botox on my forehead a week ago. After a few days, I noticed my eye lids were pulling making me look like a evil which. I called Dr. Simoni and went in for a touch up. But to my surprise he said there was nothing he could do. He kept assuring me I look fine when other people have noticed I looked strange. Because Dr. S was adamant that there was nothing he can do and that i just have to wait for botox to wear off, I left the office in big disappointment and did some research after I got home. I found out this was a common side effect after botox which can be fixed very easily by injecting a bit more.. I made an appointment with a different doctor to correct this mess. I was also over charged but I am not going to make an issue of it. I was a repeat patient of Dr. Simoni but won't be anymore.

Dr Simoni is a nice Doctor. He is very realistic but he is not enough supporting or convincing. He is very polite but not very friendly. He does not have smile and pleasant facial expression. He is very serious which is good but not always. If he combine smile and some ice breaking words I am sure the patients would be more comfortable in that environment. As always, all the staff and Dr. Simoni are always helpful and very informative...coming up with alternatives, solutions to my needs, as I have some health complications do contend with when deciding on a treatment. Over 2 years ago I had a conservative endoscopic temporal brow lift and had filler under the eyes and upper cheek area. While the healing time took much longer than normal (due to health issues), I was very pleased with the results. Recently had Ultherapy a week ago and still waiting for results to manifest especially to further lift outer eyes and outer brow. I will want additional filler soon and wanting a very conservative approach to fill under eye area/hollows. I feel that both Dr. Simoni and Alexis listen very carefully to my concerns and answer all questions in depth while giving alternatives, options in order to reach my goals! Dr. Simoni's staff is always pleasant and professional. They make you feel safe and valued as a client. I scheduled an appointment for a mole removal in my eyebrow and had visited 2 other doctors prior to coming here because i had been told the placement made the removal tricky and being that it was on my face and i take great pride in my brows i wanted to make sure it was done right and for a reasonable cost. Dr. Simoni himself is very informative and assured me the scarring would be minimal. My appointment time was honored (i did not wait in the waiting room for 30mins.) which i find very hard to come by with doctors and even more irritating. I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Simoni made me feel very safe and address all my concerns before starting with the removal. He meticulously removed that pesky mole and i was out of the office in a little over an hour. Its been one day since the removal and although i was swollen at first it stitches are hardly noticeable and i look almost completely normal. i couldn't have asked for a better experience. i would definitely come back for any and all cosmetic needs.

I wanted rhinoplasty done since I was 15 years old I am now 24 years old my dad and myself looked for many different doctors to choose the best one, I visit Dr. Simoni in 2009 and came back to him this year 2015 my dad and I both agreed that he would be the best one. The 3D image he offers helps a lot to know what will be done to the nose, no other doctor had something to show me. After my surgery when I took off the first gauze to put a new one I was already able to notice my new nose it was swollen but I can already see the results. My dad said the same thing "wow he is really good". I can't wait to see my nose ones its all heal. I recently had a consultation with Dr. Simoni to see about having the Simoni face lift done. After having a rough year and a sudden increase in aging, I wanted to see what my options were. My aging is still pretty minimal however, and Dr. Simoni felt that the lift was not needed at this time. The consultation was so beneficial to me though, as I was able to discuss some health concerns I had because I still see this procedure as an option in my future. He put my mind at ease and also offered some other things to do in the meantime that would help freshen my appearance. His nurse Jen spent some time explaining how these options would help me. I had made several phone calls before I even had my first appointment and each staff member was kind and helpful. I came from out of state and feel that this was such a worthwhile visit! I had purchased an IPL & Laser treatment from SPS and Jennifer Tinelli, N.P. provided these services. My skin was in pretty good shape but I had hyper-pigmentation from too much sun exposure. She prepped and thoroughly explained the dual procedures. The treatments were not painful and the experience was relaxing. The post treatment process included applying a high SPF sunscreen and using gentle soap to allow the natural exfoliation process to happen. It took a few weeks for the results to really come forth but wow! With the discoloration removed from the IPL treatment and the collagen stimulation from the laser treatment, my skin looks amazingly refreshed and glowing! I was so happy with it I went back in for some botox for the furrowed brow area (my angry lines). That took care of that distressed looking area. Overall I am so pleased with these treatments I will go back in periodically for a skin tune up. The initial part of the visit was good. During the surgery, however, I overheard staff telling Dr. Simoni that his next patient had arrived which made me feel like he rushed through the surgery. I have some healing time to go, but at this point I am not satisfied with the results and feel I got a one fits all surgery which does not fit me. I am often anxious over the fact that I still have bags under my eyes, the upper eyelids are artificial looking and very droopy at the lateral sides. I was hoping for a refreshed look. It seems I needed a different procedure. I am hoping that by October 13 a lot will have changed. I had full confidence in the beginning that Dr. Simoni understood what I was expecting, but now I am not so sure. Also, I was not given copies of the contract I signed.

I forgot to mention in my last testimonial that the cast I had on my nose was the cutest sweetest cast and not what I expected. I thought I would have some huge cast on my nose like I see online with other surgeries. - I had my cast removed today and absolutely adored the results! I had surgery today on September 12th. I had a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation done. After surgery, I woke up feeling fine. The only thing after waking up from surgery was that I talked a little funny but it was because of the numbness in my chin and mouth area. I took a nap for about 2 hours after surgery and after that I felt perfectly fine. My boyfriend was surprise that I was up and moving about. We walked downtown Disney that very night to watch the fireworks and went out to dinner. The next day was my birthday and decided to spend the day in Disney Land. I had very very little bruising under my eyes and my chin was a little swollen. It definitely not as swollen as I imagined it to be. I was in no pain the day of surgery and in no pain following surgery. They warned me that my rhinoplasty would have very little pain and that my chin is where I would feel some pain the next day but I didn't. It was just a little weird if I tried to eat something like a burger so I avoided that. But other than I had no pain even the day after surgery. I was able to enjoy my trip in California and able to do a lot and even head out to Vegas and Arizona.

I just wanted to say what a pleasant experience my surgery was. The staff was super friendly and very attentive to my needs and concerns. Being 7 weeks post partum and nursing my daughter they were very accommodating and looked out for both mine and my newborns health. Jennifer, the nurse, was Amazing and extremely kind. I called about a certain filler and was told the price for a non- surgical nose job. When I came to my appointment I was told they don't use this filler in the nose. I flew to BH from Nevada for this appoi8ntment. I've had this procedure done in the past it was Not painful. Dr. Simoni seemed in a hurry and it was very painful. I will be writing bad reviews because of my horrible experience. I will not be back. It was a waste of time. The next morning I did not see much of a difference. I wish I would have canceled my appointment.

I had always had a problem with my nose, therefore, I decided to make a consultation with Dr. Simoni for a rhinoplasty. I was more excited than nervous for my surgery because I had seen my sister go through the same process a couple years before me and everything turned out to be okay! The staff was very friendly and comforting. After waking up from my surgery, I experienced a little discomfort. After about 20 minutes of being awake, I felt completely back to my normal self (no pain, not sleepy). The first day I was a little blue under one eye but the swelling was minimal. I heard that the second day after a rhinoplasty that you usually experience more swelling and I have not seen much of a difference since then. The gauze was not necessary the second day because I barely had blood coming out of my nose. The blue under one of my eyes is already going away and it has been 72 hours since the surgery. Although I cannot see the full results of my nose, I can already tell he did a great job by looking at the tip of my nose! I am very pleased with Dr. Simoni and his staff.

I went to a number of different plastic surgery offices in Beverly Hills for consultations regarding having Marionette lines filled and Dr. Simoni's office was the last one that I went to. I called and got an appointment that very day and was so suprised that I was actually consulted by Dr. Simoni not a consultant, not that there is anything wrong with consultants but as Dr. Simoni himself stated "I am the person who will be working on you so I want to see and tell you my opinion on what will work for you". I knew that I was in great not good hands. He was patient, honest and kind. He gave me recomendations as to what he thought would look good for me but also explained why he was recomending these things and didn't leave me with any doubt or confusion as to what to expect. He recomended Artefil for the Marionette lines as it lasts so much longer than other fillers. His office staff are awesome and sweet as well. I made an appointment that very day for a patch test a week later and then began my treatments. I visited the office once a month for 3 months had before and after pictures taken and I had my last visit last Friday and I look and feel amazing people noticed after the first visit. I couldn't be happier. Thank you with all my heart Dr. Simoni. I am a client for life that's for sure. My sister is going next and I will definitely refer everyone I know to this Doctor.

This was a follow up to my procedure on January 16, 2014. Dr. Simoni has been extremely diligent in watching the site of the implants underneath the skin on the upper forehead next to the hairline. We were both concerned. Each time I've been in for a check up, Dr. Simoni has given me his full attention and explained what is normal healing process and what to be concerned about. So far, so good. The implants, which appear as small bumps Under the skin, are no longer tender but still visible. Visibility isn't an issue for me because my bangs cover them, so I am ok living with them "as is" in case the bumps never diminish. The other concern has been the skin sagging on the front, lower left side of my face. It happens that the nasal fold on the left side is naturally more pronounced than on the right and this condition exacerbates the "sagging" appearance of the lower left face. It's too early to consider another surgery to correct this, maybe in a year? For now. Dr. Simoni is trying a few non invadive strategies. He is very sensitive to this condition and I am very grateful to him for taking the initiative to solve this. I never thought that post surgery I would be back in front if the mirror pulling The skin of my lower left face taut in order to see both sides looking somewhat the same. But that's nature for you! Skin is gong to do what it santa to do despite our best efforts to control it! Still, there are a few options to try and I'm not giving up! And thankfully neither is Dr. Simoni!!

I was warmly greeted by the office staff. Filled out my paperwork and then met with Dr. Simoni himself. I was quite taken aback as I had been to a few other places and never met with a doctor. Dr. Simoni made me feel completely at ease and was very honest and patient with my questions. I am a regular working person not rich or a celebrity but I was treated with care and not rushed through the appointment or anything like that. Dr. Simoni took the time to listen to each detailed concern I had about getting my otoplasty done, and the staff made me more than comfortable with every facet of the procedure including appointment reminders, check-up calls post-op, and addressing any and all questions and concerns leading up to the procedure . My entire life the one thing I couldn't stand when looking in the mirror was the ear that protruded out on one side. I never even wore my hair up in high school and college. Now I tear up every time I look at myself. I feel like the me I should've always been. I cannot express how happy I am and what you have done for my confidence. Dr. Simoni pulled off something other doctors in that past had told me wasn't possible. I'm in awe. Thank you and your staff beyond all thanks.

My eye was droopy for about month after my doing ulthera and botox , never had this happen before . To be honest I was thinking of going back for a simoni lift at some point Andover had two people ask me about how u liked the ulthera ( which I did like), but I felt like the offices reaction to my looking horrible for one month bases on the botox was a huge disappointment . Dr. Simoni is top in his field. So glad I chose him to fix my double revision nose - I broke it 5 times playing sports and had it fixed twice by horrible doctors (so I had two previous surgeries). He has straightened it and fixed the tip, thinned the widened upper-bridge from all the breaks and rebuilt the middle bridge with my own cartilage after finding that it was supported by only scar tissue. Many doctors won't even do revision surgery but Dr. Simoni does many of them. I don't think many doctors could handle all the problems with my nose. The best part is that now my nose looks so natural and perfect and straight - you can't tell I've had 3 surgeries and broken it 5 times. He is not only an expert surgeon but he is an artist who can make your nose look natural and beautiful. I did a ton of online research before I chose him. And I'm glad I did.

The purpose of this appointment was to remove the sutures Post op (1/18). Jo-El was extremely sensitive and painstakingly careful. I went to Dr. Simoni thinking it was time for a face lift, but instead he suggested I wait another 2-5 years. I was shocked that he was so honest and didn't just sign me up for surgery. He did recommend that with a few injections I could maintain and achieve the look I wanted. I followed his advice and really appreciated his honesty. I will be following up with him for the right time to get my facelift and continue with injections until then. I also really thought he had such a warm and caring staff. So happy with my results. I had been wanting a rhinoplasty for 8 years and I couldn't have imagined the results turning out any better. Currently, I am 1 week post-op and still swollen, however, I can see the basic shape and it looks fantastic. Dr. Simoni is an true expert. He is ethnocentric and takes the entire face into consideration. When I went in for my consultation Dr. Simoni immediately knew exactly what to do. This nose looks like what I should have been born with. It couldn't be any better. My side profile looks amazing now and I am excited to take pictures for the first time. My procedure was quick and easy. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I am so glad that I did my research and went to Dr. Simoni. I absolutely recommend him for rhinoplasty.

On Dec 14 I had my rhinoplasty surgery which went extremely well. On the morning of my surgery we arrived at the same time as Dr. Simoni. He welcomed my mother and I with a great smile and even helped us get our paper work in order. I cannot say enough about Dr. Simoni excellent bedside manner, he was reassuring and extremely sweet. Before my surgery he took the time to show me exactly what he planned to do. He took his time with me and even went to the length of reassuring my extremely anxious mother . On the 7th I came back to the office to have my stitches removed. Once again both his staff and Dr. Simoni went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to accommodate my mother and boyfriend who wanted to see the final results when my cast was removed. He took his time to explain the stages of my healing process and how my nose would continue to change as the swelling went down. I am writing this review 2 weeks out from my surgery and i couldn't be happier with the results I'm seeing. I was told it would take around a month for 80% of the swelling to go down, but so fare I AM IN LOVE with my new nose!! I can't thank him enough. I definitely recommend Dr. Simoni for anyone who really wants a doctor who will listen to what they want and who is able to deliver a nose right for your type of face. Overall my experience is A+!! :)

Great visit! The only thing I can think of is my friend who had rhino told me after my appt. that I was removing the tape the wrong way and that you are supposed to wet it and take it off carefully w/tweezers b/c you can undo what you are trying to accomplish (trying to adhere the skin to the nose). If this is true, I would have liked to have known that. Maybe someone could advise
