You receive such a friendly welcome when you arrive. I hade the pleasure of seeing Trish and Jen, they were simply amazing and very knowledgeable about the Morpheus8 treatment I received. I’m day 2 post treatment and my skin feels amazing! I would certainly recommend Utah Facial Plastics! 10 Stars!

I won't go anywhere else for botox or fillers. I don't like a lot of either and Dr. Thompson is conservative and honest in his assessment of how much filler I actually need, where, and when. Very trustworthy. No duck lips! No one can tell. I just look a little "better"!

True professionals that take the time to educate you on procedures and services that will change your life. They don’t just try and sell you and get you out. I wanted an IPL and Trish took the time to teach me about it and how it wouldn’t be good for my face. I truly appreciated the honesty and making me feel valued.

My nurse injector is amazing! She sat down and probably spent 20 minutes talking with me about my desires, what my options were as far as procedures, and even about products. I felt like the most important person in the office that day! I received the treatment that was best for me and everything was explained thoroughly and clearly. I have been coming to Utah Facial Plastics for over ten years. I keep coming back, because Dr. Thompson is a wonderful doctor. When I tell anyone about getting botox and filler, I let them know that he will be honest about what he thinks should be accomplished. Plainly and simply, he will not push you regarding the procedures. The staff is excellent and helpful and I enjoy their professionalism and kindness

I had my first Hydro facial with Trish. She was awesome! She was very thorough and wanted to make sure that i was happy with it. I was! I went in for Botox first time at Utah facial plastics. It was great and very professional. They also did a little filler in my cheeks which I’ve never done before but love just a day later. I would definitely recommend Utah facial plastics for Botox or fillers and I totally trust them.

The pre-procedure visits were very informative and inspired a lot of confidence. The day of the procedure the doctor and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Every step of the way explanations were provided about what was happening. The facility was beautiful, the staff very competent and efficient. Could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out.

I love the Staff at Utah Facial Plastics. And of course Dr Henstrom is great. But I must say every time except for maybe once, that I have come, I sit & wait. For long periods of time. The office feels unorganized. Time management is not a skill that this practice has. My apt most recently was at 2 pm...I was called and asked to come early at 12:15pm. I rearranged my day, organized my children & left my house at 12pm so I could arrive on time. Only then to wait & wait & wait some more. By the time Dr Henstrom came to see me it was 12:50pm. Why would you go out of your way to reschedule a patient & then have them wait? It makes no sense and leaves your patients feeling as if you do not believe their time is valuable. This is just one of many experiences I have had like this at Utah Facial Plastics.

Dr. Thompson was able to reconstruct my nose after Mohs surgery and the results are unbelievable. I never would have expected to have a normal looking nose again but when the stitches came out it truly does have the same shape as the other side. Thank you Dr. Thompson

Dr. Thompson and his staff were very understanding and attentive in my specific desires for change in my consultation and pre-operative appointments, and just as sensitive to my personal window of time for such a procedure, and worked quickly with me to ensure that my surgery went as planned! I was made to feel very comfortable going into my surgery by the wonderful staff at the hospital and was very informed about all that was to be done! Coming out of surgery, I was treated with respect and gentle care by everyone around me. I had very few questions as I had been so thoroughly informed before the operation. But the few questions I did have were promptly answered to my full understanding and I was completely at ease. Dr. Thompson and his staff were greatly caring to me and my family who were involved in my care, I couldn't be more pleased!

Your staff was amazing and the facility was exceptional. I would have given you 5 stars, however the payments are insane. I had cancer removed and was not there for an elective surgery. To pay $500 down and $250 a month is beyond words. By the time I pay the Dr. and other providers i am out $500 a month.

My first visit with Dr. Thompson was pleasant and fruitful. He had ideas that hadn't occurred to me and that should make a great overall difference. As an adult in his early 40's, I have considered undergoing otoplasty surgery for a number of years and have put it off for multiple reasons. When I made the decision to go through with it this year, I began researching physicians. Dr. Thompson continued to come up in my online searches and I read several positive reviews. After watching his videos on YouTube, I contacted his office and went through the initial consultation via Skype as I live on the east coast. I was somewhat nervous leading up to my surgery date as the morning of my surgery approached. I traveled to Utah, and the next day I arrived for my appointment. From the start Dr. Thompson was very clear that he wanted to understand my goals, concerns, and wishes as it related to the outcome of my otoplasty. The surgery went so smoothly and was a lot easier than I thought. After receiving the local numbing shots, it took about an hour for Dr. Thompson to complete the process. The next day I removed the bandages as instructed, and was pleasantly surprised by how successful the surgery was - this is a huge change for me and I am very pleased to have made this decision and to have had Dr. Thompson perform the surgery. I love my new ears! Thank you Dr. Thompson!

Dr. Thompson is an awesome guy. From start to finish I felt comfortable asking him questions and feeling confident that he would do a good job with my otoplasty. The day of the surgery was very chill and well organized. He caused me little to no pain during the procedure and had me talking and laughing the whole time to keep my mind off of what was being done to my ears. My husband and I are extremely impressed with him and the results I got. My ears are now as beautiful as I have always wanted them to be!

In the beginning, I was told my appt. would be in the Layton off. Then the day before, I called to confirm & they told me my apt was in the Draper off. (I did not get her name) On Nov. 17th, I went to the Draper off & waited outside for 30 min. then got an E-mail saying my apt was at 2:15 at Mtn west. I drove all the way from Draper to Layton to get there. From now on, please add to your E-Mails either Draper or Layton, for most of us do not know Mtn west is Layton. The whole day was a nite mare,but Dr. Thompson made it all better.

This was a "maintenance" visit for botox and fillers. Dr. Thompson does an amazing job helping me to maintain my natural look, minimizing the frown lines and sunken cheeks and temples. Given that I have a very thin face, the Volumna is the filler that has worked wonders! Dr. Thompson is only doctor I trust to do these injections.

I came in for some botox & a follow up appt for my hair transplant. The staff is always so kind, friendly & courteous. Dr Thompson is always so professional & caring. He said that I will have a very high percentage of the grafts being successful. I'm so pleased with the results from my hair transplant. It's been 2 weeks & the transplants look fabulous. The linear scar is barely noticeable. In time, I don't even think I'll be able to see it. So Happy that I chose Dr Thompson & his staff for this procedure. They are truly the Best in Utah!!!

Dr Thompson is the best!!! He is so good at what he does. I had two big chunks cut out of my nose due to skin cancer. I was concerned it would never look right again. Dr Thompson was able to repair it perfectly. He & his staff are always very nice & efficient. I highly recommend them.

Well I tried setting up an appointment for Rhinoplasty. First I was scheduled for an in-office appointment. My surgery is too complicated and needs to be done at the hospital. No one has cancelled the in-office appointment no one except Jessica can schedule a hospital surgery. I've been on hold numerous times for more than ten minutes. The blonde girl gave me a low quote and after talking with the doctor came back with a higher quote. I am not going to try so hard to spend $3,000 dollars. The doctor was nice but that's about all the good I can say.

Dr. Thompson operated on my nose within 48 hrs after Mohs surgery. The hole was quite large and required his expertise to repair. Still awaiting results as too soon to tell. This was my 2nd visit because I am so pleased with the results of my 1st visit...to alleviate the appearance of some deep vertical lines above my lip area. He did an amazing job & my upper lip was still smooth after almost 6 months! I went back for the 2nd time to touch up some other areas that I still wanted done & that experience was great as well. I was supposed to be called for surgery scheduled for 1:30 but no one called and I was called to ask why I hadn't shown up. I finally had surgery at 3:30. When I came back the 2nd time neither of the girls at the counter acknowledged us or told u that it would be a few minutes. Although the one gal was with a customer, a brief "hello it will be a minute" would have been nice. Dr Thompson was great. The surgery went very good and the after care instructions were complete.

He never said that I was done or that someone would be with me shortly, so I sat there for a bit and no one returned. I got up and asked if I was done. The gal at the front desk said yes and I left. I came back to ask if their were prices that I could look at and she said she didn't think so, but then she found a pamphlet. I never was told how much I needed or any other options. I was very disappointed. I rearranged my schedule to be there and I was really excited. I saw Dr. Thompson on channel 4 and I expected to be treated better than I was. It was a very cold experience. I didn't feel welcomed one bit. I was really looking forward to getting some work done. Sadly, I will not be back. Sandy

I am so pleased with the outstanding service i receive from All of the staff at Dr. Scott Thompson's office. Everyone there seems to go out of the way to make you feel welcome and comfortable the minute you walk into the office. Every one of them smile and say "hi", from the receptionist to the nurses, and even secretarial staff.

Dr. Scott Thompson did blepharoplasty surgery on my upper eyelids and peri-orbital fat injections around my lower eye bags to fill in and smooth out the area under my eyes. It has only been 24 hours since surgery and I am so pleased with the results. The swelling, pain and bruising have all been minimal. I can't wait to see the end result after I've healed!

The in office otoplasty went very well. I am very happy with the results. It has been 48 hours since the procedure and I am 100% pain free. I stopped taking the pain meds within 24 hours and only had minimal swelling.

I waited for 50 minutes and the doctor was not there. I had to leave as I only had my lunch break and needed to go back to work. However, the doctor called and left me a message apologizing for not being on time and he offered me free consultation and imagining. so I will be calling to schedule another appointment.

Staff and Dr. Thompson were very kind and compassionate! Same day appointment and surgery was scheduled two days later! Very kind man. My husband says my nose looks so much better from the BCC that was removed and skin repaired. Time will tell once steri strips off and swelling down! Would recommend!

I was really hesitant with what i was going to go through with my nose reconstruction, but Dr thompson put me at ease when he showed me what i would be going through, and what to expect with each phase of the repairs. Dr. Bradley Summers referred me to him, and said he was the best he knew for this type of surgery. Although the final product won't be seen until August 18th, i am confident that even with the extent of the removal surgery, i will not be disfigured as i thought i would be. I would refer you folks to ANYONE that would be going through this ordeal. I think the only way it could have been better is is it were FREE. ( still haven't lost my sense of humor). lol

I did it! I did it! I did it! And I am so happy that I did. I waited, debated and stewed about getting a face lift. I worried about the cost, about things that could go wrong and about choosing a doctor. I saw Dr. Thompson on TV along with some other plastic surgeons--I looked them all up on the internet. I read about them all. I liked Dr. Thompson. I liked what I saw, what I read and well, I liked his hands. After my in person consultation with him, I decided I could trust those hands with my face. The surgery went well, my recovery was smooth. I did not need any pain pills. The whole thing was harder on my husband than it was on me. I feel and look like me again--so thank you Dr. Thompson.

The procedure went very well. I did my consultation the end of May and scheduled my appointment for July 7th. I would have liked to been called the day before for a confirmation but was not contacted. Instead I made a phone call about 4:00 to make sure they still had me on the schedule and what was expected of me before the procedure.

Came in for final stitch removal. Dr. Thompson left four stitches behind my left ear. I had to drive up to the Bountiful office from SLC during rush hour to have them removed up in the office... A lot of unnecessary driving.
