From the moment I called I connected so well with Yuni she answered all my questions and was so enthusiastic I was scared yet she made me feel so comfortable. Everyone working in the office is professional and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable, while answering all of your questions, and helping you to understand the procedures ahead. From the moment that I stepped in to the office I had a good feeling about my consultation. The space is bright and beautiful and the front desk staff was very friendly. I first spoke to Yuni over the phone and it was nice to place a face with the voice, she was just as friendly and kind in person and shortly after I moved into the consultation room. Dr. Soler-Baillo came in and he along with his assistant and Yuni went over the process with me. We talked about the look I was going for and he took measurements and spoke with me about what would look best given my anatomy. He was very knowledgeable, patient, honest and even funny which is great because humor is my default setting whenever I'm a little nervous. It was everything I would've hoped for-- he listened, I felt heard, he told me what could be done and what would be best for the look I was trying to achieve and he wasn't the slightest bit annoyed when I got silly with the silicone sizers and wanted to see what a Dolly Parton set might look like on me. It was great and I highly recommend them.

My second time around and while l still.in bandages I feel great. Its the day after and the pain level is next to none. I will give another update once the bandages are off. The staff was extremely helpful and very courteous. I would recommend Dr. Baillo to anyone considering surgery. Oh, the office atmosphere was amazing.

I went jn for a consult and the Doctors attentive, listened, explained ALOT. I felt so confident with putting my life in his hands that I decided to do surgery with him on the first visit. Mind you I've spent the last several months researching doctors and will be loosing $500 deposit with another surgeon. But that's how comfortable I feel. Very personable and caring.

I came back to get my implants checked out and make sure everything is fine. It was great seeing Dr Soler after 16yrs with my implants. You will not find a doctor that’s more honest than him which is why chose him for my surgery. His staff is just as friendly and made me feel comfortable. From my first visit, to the day of surgery and two post-op appointments all my experiences at ResultsMD have been phenomenal. I have been wanting to have cosmetic surgery for as far back as I can remember but have always been hesitant. The staff and nurses are incredibly comforting and knowledgeable. Dr. Soler was honest and gave me realistic expectations. He took his time and explained the entire procedure, even bringing things up I never would have thought of. The day of surgery I was a nervous wreck until I arrived, the nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor were like a dream team! Dr. Soler called me almost at midnight the night of the surgery to make sure I was okay and give me some recommendations; his bedside manner is second to none. I am three weeks post op an extended tummy tuck, lipo and the angel and I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

So I have had a scar on my chest, from a burn 8 years ago. Although I’ve gotten used to it, it still really bothered me. As a woman, that’s so much a part of our femininity. I have been a happy patient of Dr. Soler-Baillo for the last 10 years. I will not trust any other Doctor with my botox or fillers. I always ask his opinion on what he feels I need and he is completely honest even when he feels I am not ready for more filler or botox. He is very talented and always on top of new and better treatments. I love his staff. They are a bunch of lovely, sweet professional and caring individuals.

With Dr. Soler Baillo, I would do it all over again. As a matter of fact, I have! Finding him ended my meticulous search for a professional to augment my breasts in 2011 and that outcome recently brought me back in for an inner thigh lift. It is a win, win, and keep winning situation with him and his staff. The staff and dr. Soler are amazing. Very professional and caring. My family was informed of the progress of my surgery. The only thing is no one called after surgery to check on how was doing. He is “Board certified” and it’s very clear from the moment you step foot in his offfice that his staff has been selected from the very best medica personel as well. Major or minor Results MD can handle what you need and they do everything with patience and professionalism. I went To DR. What can I say? Dr. Jose Soler Baillo is the best at his work. He is very detailed in explaining the process, great bedside manners, and has a great reputation for being an amazing plastic surgeon. The Result MD staff are always very professional. Janett in particular is an angel. She makes you feel relaxed and follows up with a call to make sure you are ok and remind you of what you need to do while recovering. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm two weeks post op from a tummy tuck and lipo on the back. Still some swelling but already seeing and loving the results. I had always heard good feedback from Dr Soler and his staff, but honestly he is soo much better. I already recommended my family members waiting to do some type of cosmetic surgery to him. Even the tummy cut from which I was scared after seeing a bunch of before and after pictures looks amazing; so they n and low!!! Dr. I cannot thank you enough!

My appointment was at 1.30 pm. Evelen called me around 1.20 pm to remind me about the appointment and to make sure that I can use the apps. 5 minutes later Dr. result called me and he was opened and very clear. He answered all my questions. I felt like I knew him for a long time but it was my first time seeing him. The first impression matter a lot for me. I felt safe and relive. The staff and Doctor were exceptionally outstanding at understanding my needs. At no moment did I feel uncomfortable during my visit. Everyone was extremely nice which is abnormal in today's society and I appreciate the way the ladies handled their duties from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I did not go in for a cosmetic procedure but for a supervised diet. I was not statisfird with my procedure. I went back to discuss the resolution. I was hit with another bill for the same sugery I had prior. I don't think that was fair. I've been a client for many years. I've had several surgeries but still is not satisfied. I just think the outcome of that appt should have been better thought out.

Phenomenal. Dr. Soler-Bailo is the best! I had my surgery 7 weeks ago and I am amazed daily at my results. I am extremely appreciative of the time Doc spends talking to me on my follow-up visits which by the way are done through VSEE since I live thousands of miles away from Miami. I have two incisions i've had for years; one i had since i was an infant but the incision left from your procedure cannot compare in quality to them. I am amazed at how perfect and thin the incision is. Thank you Doc for your beautiful work!!!

Did not know what to expect but as soon as the first session was done I felt such a release of all the depression symptoms that it was an beautiful experience I felt liberated from that dark cloud I had carried for so long. Doctor Soler-Baillo and staff were so caring and and constantly showing their professional knowledge and their empathy for the way I felt. Everyone has been amazing so far and I love that the doctor seems incredibly particular. He seems like a perfectionist which bodes well for me. I can't comment on the work yet, since I still haven't seen it. My only complaint is that I wish I would have had the opportunity to stay for another hour or two and completely wake up from my anesthesia. The car ride home was pretty tough because I didn't feel entirely awake and that made me nauseous.

I booked a total of 4 consultations with my top picks for a Plastic Surgeon. My first consultation was with Dr. Soler Baillo. He met with myself and my husband. All of our questions and concerns were answered. He took his time with us and was very pleasant. Dr. Baillo is a wonderful doctor with excellent bedside manner. After meeting with Dr Baillo I canceled my other scheduled consultations and booked my Breast Aug and Tummy with him. His staff is very pleasant and attentive. While in the office you are always greeted by someone with a smile. Roxy took excellent care of me durning my Pre Op appointment. She was very thorough when it came to what to expect the day of my surgery and after. I had so many questions even after my Pre Op appointment and getting an answer was just as easy as being in then office. My emails were always answered in a timely manner. Everyone there just made me feel so comfortable. I had a last minute change of mind with the finance services I want to use for my procedure. While in the office I met with Chris who was more than happy to help. i really appreciate the fact he took the time to go over things with me and my husband on a moment's notice. I received excellent before and aftercare treatment from Janet and Lizzy. I'm floored wth the amazing results. Choosing Dr. Baillo was the best decision I ever made. I live out of town. I didn't even get to see my doc. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and half. His partner came in for a sec and then left because she wanted me to take pictures. She never came back. I could of sent pictures in I wasted a trip to the doctor.

I chose to go see Dr. Soler because he did my breast augmentation approximately 10 years ago, and I was very pleased, and still am, with the results. But this time, the experience was not as positive. The wait at the consultation was about an hour and 30 minutes, and then I felt the consultation was rushed, probably 5 minutes at most. At least the consultation fee was waived, but I don't think I'll be back. There are many other options in Miami.

As to the doctor very nice. As to the surgical procedure I had, not happy. I don't see a difference and, calling the office is easier than getting someone to return your calls. Although, the staff is nice they are not good about returning calls until the patient in my case becomes a nuisance. I wanted the surgery he performed to be corrected and he wanted to charge me another $500, which I felt I shouldn't be charged. As it is, I paid in advance and he received his money. In good faith. I realize he has been in practice 30 or more years, that doesn't mean every surgery performed were all successful. However, you maintain your good name and reputation by making sure your patients are satisfied. If they are, they will visit you again and certainly tell others about you. However, I am not happy to be charged when I already paid for services. This was to correct the surgery he performed and, I strongly feel that it should not be on my dime. This is why I have not returned, because I refuse to pay the additional $500.

From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave the entire staff treats you with the upmost respect and professionalism. My experience at Results MD was extremely good. Everyone was very professional and friendly and remembered my name each time I called or went for a consultation. I travelled from the Caribbean to do my surgery there, they made me feel so comfortable, I was not nervous at all to do my surgery. Everything went great and I am extremely satisfied with my new body. On February 8th 2016 I had a bbl, Bam and the angle done. Everything was good with the Bam and the Angle my only down side is the bbl.. I belive it should've had alot more fat added to it since I did have the fat for it. I believe it should've been rounder with more volume.. that's the only bad thing that I can say..

Dr. Soler and his staff are compassionate and professional. Dr. Soler was more concerned about my holistic health prior to even asking me what procedure I was consulting him for. He gave me suggestions on what books to read to help boost my immune system and vitamins I should take for healing. Appreciate Dr Soler's bedside manner and great work. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only complaint - punctuality is a major issue. Would highly recommend to friends, but would suggest them to take first appt of the day / first surgery of the day in hopes of avoiding excessively long wait-time.
