I am disappointed. The treatment was very light in both my face and body scars. Barely red. Nothing compared to previous treatments. I would like to request a complementary re-do or at least very discounted. I have pictures to support this.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I went into see her and was told numerous times she would be in to see me, as my appointment was at 1 and I needed to get to work. An hour later I walked out, and never heard back from the office. Very unprofessional and obviously there is a reason she no longer does cosmetic surgery. Do your research!

Dr P is very engaging and I felt like she took the time to get to know me. I had done the video consultation first since I live in Key West. With the option of seeing her weekly by video and monthly in person it is definetely worth the drive.

I was very impressed with the weigh loss consultation I had with Dr. Pascual. As a woman, she could personally relate with the weight struggles I have had all my life. I am so very happy that I finally decided to take control of my weight. Dr. Pascual has hosted numerous T.V. shows where contestants actually compete against each other on the most weight loss achieved. Dr. Pascual shared with me the dramatic weight loss results they had . She took the time to explain how I could achieve such results. I decided then that I had nothing to lose except the weight ...looking forward to a new skinny me in one month . Thanks Dr. Pascual ! I now have hope.

The staff was very friendly and efficient and I didn't wait a long time to be seen. I'm very happy with my results with Dr. Pascual. She's very knowledgeable and talented in the use of botox and fillers. I'm hoping I have good results as well with Fraxel.

Very professional and courteous staff, Barbie was great. Dr Pascual was extremely knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest in the clients wellbeing addressing all questions and concerns . Would definitely recommend them.

I went to Dr Pascual to do a botox procedure, she was polite and professional and did an awesome job. I highly recommend Dr Pascual or Dr Soler Baillo for any procedures.

For the first time was a really bad experience. I had been waiting for this appointment with a really big expectation so finally as I told to the staff in the office the results nothing to impress, a lot of time waiting, I felt very upset and confuse with the information and aptitude of the workers in the office. When I finished 3 hours after my scheduled appointment and 15 minutes with the doctor my feeling and my thoughts were nothing different in this place is the same than in other weight loss centers and more expensive. Sorry so you ask me

my visit was very good and the staff was great but the results of the Juviderm, not so much(minimal). Not the outcome I expected and both sides of my face are not the same. I don't know if it was the product itself, but not worth what I paid.

I feel very disappointed, from the beginning of the procedure I told everyone at the clinic that I was not satisfied and that I was feeling the same way as before. No one pay attention to me . Finally I spoke to Dr Pascual and she gave me an appointment for an ultrasound to see if there was any problems with the balloon. Wen I got to the appointment for the ultrasound the technician told me that they were not equipped to do a stomach ultrasound, and they send me home. I'm still paying for this and I feel ignored and very disappointed. I'm paying allot of money and I had to take diet pills.

He sido obesa por mas de 10 anos, he sufrido de un apetito incontrolable y desesperado . Con este programa mi deseo de comer ha vuelto a lo normal de antes de estar sobrepeso, me he sentido bien , sin decaimientos, satisfecha , no urgencias de comer. Llevo solo una semana y perdí 5 libras de peso. Tengo 55 anos y he tratado de perder de peso con varios programas sin exito...este ha empezado a funcionar. Aun no he hago suficiente ejercicio, espero mejorar . Es un programa que da mucha motivación . Todos los empleados de la Dra.Pascual son muy amables.

Appointment for 1100 waited 30min but nobody showed, went up and inquired as to what's going on, office manager advised me Yvonne quit. At which point she wanted me to be seen by Dr.Pascual but I couldn't wait any longer due to my next appointment was 1300 in south dade. Can see the Doctor before or after my next appointment.

Dr Pasqual is the best. I've been a patient of hers for years. I live in Tampa now and I will drive the four hours just for my appointment with her. She is that good. Outstanding practitioner excellent patient care and just an all-around wonderful experience. I highly recommend her and the service she provides.

I went in for help to lose weight as I was having medical problems and high blood pressure because of it. With the DR. and her staff's help I was able to lose 69 pounds thru the HCG diet plan alone which included no surgery. I have kept the weight off for almost 3 years now and have no medical issues to deal with as they all went away from my weight loss. I am very happy with myself and grateful with everything that has been offered to me thru DR. Pascual's guidance and help. I am now a new person and a 60 year old man with a 6 pack.

The doctor answered some of my questions. However I caught some flaws in terms of the long term effectiveness of my procedure vs. price range for gastric balloon surgery package. P.S. The five stars is for your great service. Keep up the good work.

I wish I could put ZERO stars in my review. I had an appointment and people who came in after me and had to fill out forms (which they did AFTER me and my appointment time) ended up being seen before me. I got there early and got seen about 20+ minutes later and the receptionist commented that it was fast.....hell no it wasn't. The woman who took me back into the room did not seem like she knew what she was doing--AT ALL, she could not even answer my questions accurately and confidently. She did not even do what needed to be done for the service that I went for. I am convinced they had to be short on staff and put a random person in scrubs to take me into the room. She even left the room discussing me I guess thinking I do not understand spanish...but I do. I absolutely hate the level of "service" I got while in the office. I can definitely say that I have NO intention on returning or referring anyone else. I preferred the service I received in Dr. Pasucal's office but at this location with this new staff and set up leaves such a bad impression on me.
