I am on the second phase of my transformation with the CoolSpa procedure, and it is going great! Drs. Rapaport and Smith have a very supportive staff. They are a positive, caring and get along very well. I was notified of the risks associated with the procedure. As of now, it seems like my body is responding well to the treatment. I am definitely looking forward to part three with the CoolSpa staff. Thank you so much!

Dr. Rapaport, Dr. Smith have always been very professional and polite. Same goes for their staff. Everyone had been a pleasure to be around and didn't have any issues with anything. I had gotten the Miradry procedure done and saw great results immediately when I started working out again. Took a picture two weeks after the procedure that shows the lack of sweat under my armpits after a long workout. Dr. Rapaport and his team delivered!

Haven't had my surgery yet but had a great experience with CoolSpa! Dr. Rapaport has been so patient with my many questions, and honest with his advice. Ally manages the pre-surgery process in a way that makes you feel this is a practice that truly cares about their patients. I can't wait to see the results of liposuction!

Dr. Rapaport and his staff are terrific. I have seen many cosmetic dermatologists and a few plastic surgeons over the years and Dr. Rapaport is by far and above the best. I will never see another one unless I leave NYC and even then, it would depend on how far i go!

I came in for a consult re: scar revision on my lip. Dr. Smith was so thorough in explaining the planned procedure to me. He was kind and answered all of my questions. From consultation to procedure and one week follow-up visit I have been satisfied and impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism of this office. While a newcomer to liposuction, I have had several hand and knee surgeries so I am familiar with medical procedures and am an educated consumer. I was impressed by Dr. Smith who was honest about expectations, encouraging, with a terrific "bedside manner." The anethesthiologist took a careful history and explained the procedure well. The BEST experience I have had going under and coming out with no lingering side effects. The assistants are kind and helpful, and the office staff bend over backwards to make sure all of the pieces fall into place before surgery. I am pleased with my results so far and was told there will be more changes in the next few months. This is a top notch, professional medical office and I can unconditionally recommend them.

Tamara, who treated the veins on my legs, is one of the most skilled technicians with whom I have ever worked. It is based solely on my experience with her that I will be loyal forever to Dr. Rapaport's practice. I have already referred four people for vein treatment and Cool Sculpting.

I was incredibly impressed by Dr Smith's skills and his wonderful bedside manner. He took time to discuss the treatments with me and I can't believe that I walked away with absolutely no bruising and a much fresher face. He worked on my under eye area which always make me look exhausted and now I see no circles at all. I also like that he did not encourage me to have a lot done. There was no over selling. It helps that he is an expert in cranio facial surgery. I honestly think he might be one of the best in his field. I will not be going any where else.

I made the appointment with Dr. Rapaport. He was late so Dr. Smith oversaw what was done. Dr. Rapaport came in at the end. Frankly, the appointment was not with Dr. Smith. I had the CoolSpa treatment. I went for the follow up this week. Again, I never saw Dr. Rapaport. Photographs indicated that the area treated had toned down. I was told nothing more can be done. The feeling I had was "just leave us as we've done our job". I would not refer patients to that office.

I had to change my appointment and the office did so smoothly. I was met by experienced, informative professionals who laid out my treatment options clearly. Finally, I was given the option of two different treatment plans and their cost in writing before I left. This was a completely efficient and thoughtful introduction to the procedures I had sought to learn about.

I was not "doable", it turned out; What I thought was fat, was, I was told, only ....skin; which makes sense, since I am very old, I must have shrunk and.....but everybody was delightfully nice...I am sorry I didn't get to meet my "doctor",but I am glad I made the appointment.

I suspected that I wasn't a candidate for cool sculpting. It took Dr. Smith exactly one second to confirm it. Dr. Michele Green would have charged me $300. I was tempted to complain to the BBB, and I hope this information is useful to you.

Just as courteous and professional as before. Only thing was on each visit where there was a payment that had to be made, the front desk has the wrong total each time. Five stars for everything else except that I had to always question the total and tell them the price that was confirmed to me prior which has been lower than how much they tell me they were going to charge. It's a little awkward. Would prefer price accuracy upon arrival but everything else incl the people were great.

After searching for a reputable doctor for breast augmentation my husband and I found Dr. Rapaport and Smith's office. Dr. Rapaport was nothing but professional, extemely knowledgeable and made me feel less nervous about the procedure along with offering professional advice at my consultation. His staff is First Class and make you feel so comfortable! (Ally and Hannah are amazing:)! Both doctors assisted with my procedure! I couldn't have asked for better care. Although I ended up picking a different procedure, from what I originally came to inquire about. I feel several of the office personnel and Doctor Rappaport helped me come to a better decision that I will end up happier with. It is very pleasant. A little sore for a few days because I have a protruding bone from my rib, so the machine couldn't attach itself to my skin. The technician has to keep adjusting it. But I just hope the results are with it in the end.

Ive consulted with many plastic surgeons in my life reguarding differnet procedures and Dr. Rappaport and his staff were by far the nicest, most understanding, appreciative office Ive been to. He didnt rush me whatsoever. He told me his honest opinion and still respected mine. Ive never had a better experience with any other office. They also accommodated my schedule and managed to schedule the procedure in 3 weeks from the consultation. Dr. Rappaport is definitely the best surgeon in NYC

Very good explanation and care. At 2 months out,I am very pleased with the coolspa results on my abdomen. The group treats you like a valued person and customer making a medical cosmetic experience quite pleasant. The pain of the treatment the first 3 weeks is annoying but it was totally worth it.

This was my first visit to Dr Rapport's office. I found the front desk welcoming and friendly. The consultation lasted as long as I wanted it to. I never felt rushed or in anyway pushed to do a certain procedure. I was told the pros and cons in a very understandable way, which I very much appreciated. This was round one. Round two is the surgery. If it's as good as this initial first meet I"ll be thrilled!

Everyone is professional and the office is lovely but during a procedure the Dr should check in with the patient at least once and not leave everything to a technician. The patent deserves to see the Dr has checked all is well with both the patient and the equipment as well as assess the technician is applying the instrumentation appropriately. Also, I made an appointment with Dr Rapaport and didn't see him at all. The other Dr was very nice and obviously skilled but I didn't have an appointment with him.

It would be good to have clearer post-procedure (and pre-procedure) instructions -- there were some mismatches between the written and oral instructions, and some details that were mentioned verbally were not on the post-procedure sheet, making it difficult to keep track.

I am satisfied with the many other procedures I have had by Dr. Rapaport over they years. You can usually expect a call from the staff just to check on how you are feeling after a procedure. Getting in at the time of your appointment is organized without much waiting. The staff are all supportive and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Rapaport.

I'm in my 40's and have a very thin appearance in the face. I see Dr. Rapaport for fillers and botox to help with the thinness and fine lines. My skin is also very thin and Dr. Rapaport is very careful when injecting the filler and botox to prevent brushing. Injecting under the eyelids is something he does very well and I highly recommend Dr. Rapaport.

My first visit with Dr Smith went very well. I had purchased a voucher on Gilt City for one area of Botox or Dysport and had planned to do my forehead. Dr Smith told me if I just did the forehead without doing the 11s it might not look so good so I decided to buy another area which Dr Smith told me they would give to me for the same price as the Gilt City offer - which I thought was very nice. The offer came with a free touch up visit, so at Dr Smith's suggestion I booked an appointment a week later for a touch up. I was not happy with the results on my 11s' so I assumed he would inject more Dysport at my appointment. However, when i met with Dr Smith, he told me that the Dysport would not really get rid of the wrinkles there and that area really required a filler. He did not give me any touch up and insisted he had told me this at my original appointment. I told him I didn't remember him explaining that to me and if he had, I would not have wasted my money buying another area. I left my appointment very dissapointed. BTW I have had Botox injected into this area before and was pleased with the result.

The staff are lovely and Dr Rapaport was very kind & practical . I will definitely be back & refer my colleagues as well.

Very thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable that I'm in good hands. I was told though that I'd be shown before & after photos by another staff member and I did not see them. Could someone rectify that? Thank you.

I live in Shanghai, China for work and come back to the U.S. twice a year for vacation. Dr. Rapaport an his office worked with me to arrange a couple of appointments (between his scheduled surgeries) to remove a cyst and growing birth mark from my chest and face and to remove the stitches. My daughters recommended Dr. Rapaport to me and I am glad they did. The reason I went back To Dr. Rapaport this timre is because he had removed a cyst from my chest 2 years ago and left no scar. He is very good at what he does and makes patients feel at ease during the procedure. I am also pleased with the facial I had by one of his specialists. She did a great job!
